Role: Program/Project Manager Non- Tech 4
Job Description:

1. Define processes and rhythms across product planning, executive deliverables and meetings, internal partner team reviews, and other key strategic areas; stitch together numerous deliverables/needs into a more streamlined process motion
2. Drive across multiple sub-teams within group, and other stakeholders, including: 1) Scheduling meetings 2) Capturing key action items 3) Following up with stakeholders to ensure key work items are delivered 4) Driving meetings themselves
3. Develop scorecard, accountability, and other control/governance mechanisms to ensure processes and individual stakeholders stay-on-track and processes are in control in this high visibility, senior business process/program management role

Qualified candidates will have multiple years of experience developing and executing RoB (Rhythm of Business Processes) across various stakeholders (incl. very senior stakeholders) with a proven track record of success. They will have excellent communication skills, are highly organized, can serve as process analyst, have a track record of influencing without authority to ensure needs are met through other stakeholders, and will be able to ramp-up on internal tools and processes for tracking - never skipping a beat.
