Role: Business Program Manager
Job Description:
Job requires proven planning, collaboration, organizational and time management skills. Candidate must work independently, remove barriers, embrace change, operate effectively with ambiguity and be highly detail-oriented. They must have a high level of integrity and maintain the confidentiality of highly sensitive material with tact and professionalism. This is a critical role in running the business cadence, deliver monthly budget reporting, track headcount (HC) and resource planning.
Core Responsibilities:
  • Assist with logistics, planning and execution of team events, e.g. All-Hands, off-sites, partner meetings
  • Assist in triage and coordination of briefing and prep materials for conferences, customer and partner meetings
  • Help drive the rhythm of the business
  • Define business processes, procedures and document best practices
  • Help manage HC and procured resources costs to ensure effective budget management
  • Work with cross-division team counterparts to manage team deliverables
  • Manage team sites and organization of critical materials
Skills Requirements:
  • Strong communication skills including ability to distill information into concise communication materials, ability to tailor language and detail the audience, and use of multiple communication mediums to distribute information
  • Detail-oriented with analytical problem solving skills
  • Exceptional cross-organization coordination skills including ability to build comprehensive and compelling presentation and communication materials that span functions and groups
  • Ability to balance varying responsibilities that span rhythm of business, fiscal and resource management
  • Strong project management skills and ability to lead multiple high-profile projects of varying timelines simultaneously
  • Ability to effectively collaborate, influence, and leverage outside resources to drive results
  • Self- starter who can work independently and manage confidentiality
We Require:
  • 3 - 5 years’ experience in Program Management
  • 3+ of experience in competencies such as analytics, strategy, and process improvement
  • Demonstrated experience leading, influencing and driving collaboration
  • Demonstrated ability to define organizational priorities, establish roadmaps, and sustain the process and artifacts
  • Excellent communicator who understands the value of different mediums
  • Ability to be comfortable with ambiguity and to drive meaningful results out of the ambiguity
  • Manages confidentiality without exception
  • Power user of SharePoint, OneNote, Excel, PowerPoint, Skype, and analytics tools (PowerBI, etc.) and communication technologies
  • Comfortable dealing with a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and engaging in cross-group collaboration
  • Strong, strategic problem solver who is comfortable working independently and thinking holistically about key issues
  • Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills with a focus on tangible, measurable results
